Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States. If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 8 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Family Medical Supply and CPAP Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
